How Audarel produces a reproducible release record

The system separates candidate extraction, reviewer-confirmed controls, deterministic evaluation, accountable approval, technical policy, and immutable evidence so each layer can be tested independently.

What this page helps you do

Inspect the boundary

See which work the software performs and which conclusions stay with authorized people.

Trace the authority

Follow an agreement clause through confirmed control, release input, finding, approval, and evidence pack.

Integrate safely

Use tenant-scoped APIs, explicit scopes, signed webhooks, policy bundles, and connector drift checks.

System boundary

Audarel is release governance software. AI may transcribe candidate controls from an agreement; an authorized steward confirms them. Deterministic code evaluates explicit release attributes and artifacts. Qualified people own interpretation, exceptions, approvals, and final authority. Downstream systems own technical enforcement.

Agreements and controls

Upload executed PDF, DOC, or DOCX agreements and amendments. Audarel encrypts the source, stores its hash, proposes typed controls with citations, and records confirm, reject, or edit decisions. Every change creates a versioned snapshot and can trigger release revalidation.

Release preflight

A release contains recipient, purpose, environment, transfer, dates, retention, users, publication, redisclosure, DUO codes, and optional Library Card requirements. Schema, payload, query manifest, and authorized-user artifacts are hashed and checked against confirmed controls.

Approvals and exceptions

Attestations and approval tiers support all, any, and quorum modes. Findings can become governed exceptions with reason, remediation, owner, due date, decision, and completion evidence. The original finding remains available.

Evidence and policy

Evidence packs join agreement and engine versions, artifacts, controls, findings, runs, attestations, approvals, exceptions, policy bundles, connectors, and hashes in PDF and JSON. Approved releases can emit stable policy bundles and compare desired with observed connector state.

Product boundary

Keep decisions human and evidence explicit.

Audarel records deterministic checks and authorized human decisions. It does not provide legal advice or replace the organization's final release authority.
