Audarel provides software for storing and versioning agreements, proposing structured controls, evaluating explicit release inputs deterministically, managing attestations, approvals and exceptions, producing policy artifacts, and generating evidence. It does not provide legal advice, decide legal sufficiency, guarantee compliance, supply independent committee judgment, or itself enforce every downstream data-platform control.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for authority to upload and process data, agreement interpretation, lawful basis, notices and consents, user access, control confirmation, reviewer qualifications, exception authority, final release decisions, technical enforcement, retention, and validation of output before reliance.
Permitted use
Do not upload data without authority, probe or bypass security, share credentials, reverse engineer protected components, use the service for unlawful activity, or represent a candidate extraction or deterministic finding as a legal conclusion.
Subscriptions and usage
Plans renew until cancelled. Release limits apply to governed preflight runs; good-faith reruns of the same unchanged release do not consume another credit. One-time pack credits do not expire while the account remains available. Taxes and disclosed provider overages may apply.
Confidentiality and data
Each party protects the other's confidential information. Customers retain their data. The DPA and security exhibit govern customer content and prevail on conflicting privacy or security terms. The executed commercial agreement controls service levels, warranties, liability, indemnities, and regulated-data commitments.
Termination and export
Customers may export supported evidence and structured data. Following termination, data is deleted under the applicable retention and backup schedule unless a legal hold, law, or contract requires preservation.
