Scope and roles
Audarel is operated by Spotbo Inc. For customer agreements, release artifacts, governance records, and evidence, the customer determines processing purpose and means and Audarel acts as service provider or processor. For account, billing, security, and website data, Audarel acts as controller or business.
Data processed
We process account identity, organization settings, billing identifiers, support messages, security logs, uploaded agreements and release artifacts, extracted candidate controls, reviewer decisions, findings, approvals, attestations, exceptions, policy bundles, connector state, evidence packs, and API activity. Source documents may contain sensitive or personal data selected by the customer.
Purposes
We use data to provide and secure the service, process agreements and releases at customer direction, generate deterministic findings and evidence, support users, bill accounts, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Customer content is not used to train general-purpose models.
Service providers
Depending on configuration, subprocessors may include hosting, storage, email, billing, authentication, monitoring, AI-assisted document extraction, and integration providers. The production DPA and subprocessor schedule govern customer-specific use.
Retention and deletion
Workspace data remains until deleted by the customer or the agreement ends, subject to configured retention, legal holds, backups, and audit duties. Legal holds block eligible deletion. Backup copies expire on the documented schedule.
Rights and requests
Account users may request access, correction, export, or deletion through their workspace or at privacy@audarel.com. Individuals whose data was uploaded by a customer should contact that organization; we will support verified customer instructions.
