Current status
Audarel is pre-release. There is no self-service signup, no trial, and no billing. Earlier versions of this page listed monthly plans. Those figures described something that could not be bought, so they have been removed rather than restyled.
If you found this page from a search for data release governance pricing, the honest answer is that the category has almost no public pricing at all, and we are not going to add a fake number to it.
The unit we expect to charge for
The intended unit is one governed release decision: a proposed release evaluated against confirmed agreement controls, carried through approval, and frozen into an evidence pack. That is the thing that creates the value and the thing that costs us money to run.
Two consequences of that choice, stated now so they are not a surprise later. Storing agreements and reviewing controls is not the billable event, so a team can put its whole agreement library in without the cost scaling. And re-running the same unchanged release after a correction is not a second decision, so it should not be charged twice.

- Release artifacts and deterministic findings
- Attestations, approvals, and exceptions
- Evidence packs and standard exports
- Activity history and the ability to leave with your records
Never included, at any price
- Legal interpretation or contract drafting
- Independent data access committee services
- Identity, warehouse, or clean-room licenses
- Regulatory certification of your programme
- A guarantee that a downstream platform enforces a term
- Any claim that software carries your accountability
In the meantime
The reference material in the Learn section is free, complete, and maintained whether or not the product ships: the data sharing agreement clause reference, the required terms of a HIPAA data use agreement, and the limited data set identifier table.
